The purpose of the Enterprise and Employability Challenge is to develop your skills in Numeracy, Digital Literacy, Creativity and Innovation and Personal Effectiveness and apply them in an appropriate manner.  You will work in a group to develop a business enterprise idea, then you will create your destination passport; a series of documents designed to support you in your transition to the world of work or further education. Finally, you will reflect on your experiences in undertaking the challenge.
